internet heartbeat monitor
We changed batteries and powered down for a while today. I received alerts about the shutdown and boot up AFTER the unit came back online, which makes me believe the MATE3 is generating the alert. There needs to be a heartbeat monitor in the website that alerts when the site goes missing. SMA does this, I get alerts all the time. Most of them are internet outages, but at least I know there is a problem.

System Off During Sunlight Hours Alert
We have been having some serious issues with ground faults and it would seem sensible for the monitoring system to be able to be programmed to send an alert if the system isn't working during the day. (If it's daylight hours 10 - 2 and inverter isn't on then probably something is wrong). A standard alert that system isn't functioning seems like should be most important aspect of monitoring.

Home Dashboard does not show Solar Input from Other Charger
Include Power Input / Watts generated from a different charge controller... on the main screen where Power Flow from the Solar Panels "would" display.

Failure Notification
glad to see you are aware of the Mate3 failing to connect. I bought another one because I thought mine was bad. Good to know you are working the issue. Thanks, let me know when cured. Are you going to provide failure notification via text message? Best

More "Quick Look" Meters
Provide more "quick look" donut graphs so its more like a real "dashboard". Suggest including (1) solar production (which exists now), (2) battery SOC, (3) grid kW use, (4) load kW demand If you need room, remove the "Total Energy" (gallons of gas saved) area, and make that a pop-up item if anyone really cares.

Graphic display improvements
The graphics that "pop up" when rolling over the histrogram and teh battery line graph are far too small. I am using a 23" HD monitor and I have to nearly press my nose to the screen to see my battery voltage readings. Also - White letters inside a yellow background on a white background - everything just disappears. The battery color should be something with higher contrast than yellow on white.
Thanks.

Line-graph view option instead of only bar-graphs
Provide an alternate charting option (hopefully with better precision than one hour increments) that allows a line-graph view instead of a bar-graph view for all charts.

Clone Settings to devices
Be able to CLONE settings from like devices. For example, I can make all my settings on one CC and then clone them to the other ones in my system, Or, when I make a change it should ask if I want this change applied to all other like devices.

Generator Runtime should work even without auto-start generator.
Make generator runtime actually work even if you do not have an auto start generator.

Making graph axis values readable
The labels on the graph axes are too small to read... how about instead, replacing the rather useless "gallons of gas saved, etc." area of the Dashboard with the x and y axis values in a larger readable font size as the graph below is 'moused-over' by the user. This would also help greatly when viewed on the iPhone.
