Provide an 'OpticsRE Server Status' web page accessible via the web.
Had there been a web page available indicating the status of Outback's OpticsRE Server(s) it would have saved a bunch of preliminary diagnostics on my local system's connectivity to get focused on the MATE3s' to HUB as the likely source of 'Gateway Offline' errors.
