Provide an 'OpticsRE Server Status' web page accessible via the web.
Had there been a web page available indicating the status of Outback's OpticsRE Server(s) it would have saved a bunch of preliminary diagnostics on my local system's connectivity to get focused on the MATE3s' to HUB as the likely source of 'Gateway Offline' errors.

The best place to go for OpticsRE status is… OpticsRE. If you can reach OpticsRE.com, the service is up. If we’ve taken it down for maintenance, that same page will tell you that. We also post announcements about upcoming outages here: http://outbackpower.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=46
