Forgot Username / Reset your password / Resend Verification Email

1. Navigate to https://www.opticsre.com/Home/#/sign-in. 
2. Click the Need Help? link.

Select "I don't know my Password", "I don't know my username", or "Not received Sign Up / Registration Email". 



3. Enter your Email Address and click "Continue". 

4. If you are resetting your password, we will email you a secure link to reset your password. Note: This link expires after a certain amount of time. If you receive an error when attempting to use it that says "Token Expired.", please repeat the process again to receive a new link. 

If you've forgotten your username, it will be emailed to you assuming the email used has a registered account. 

If you have not received the registration email or the original expired, we will attempt to create a new activation link and send it to you again. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox within 10 minutes. 

If you are certain you are still not receiving emails, it may be necessary to get in contact with your email service provider to see if they are blocking our automated content. Our email is DoNotReply@OutbackPower.com. We can also make this request on your behalf after we verify that content is being blocked.
